10:00am - 5:00pm - Crystal Cot-   We will have a cot with a crystal grid under it, for your rejuvenation and relaxation. (Love Offering accepted, but not expected)

10:00am - 11:00am - Mike-ro-burst reiki (free)

10:00am to 11:00am - Chair Massages- By Jul's $1.00 minute.

10:00am - 10:30 am - Nature Walk-  Led by Lori.  Bring your walking sticks and your cameras!  (free)

10:00 am - 11:00am - Face Painting By Shannon Grays  $1.00 for 1 item, $5.00 for whole face.

Lunch: 11:00am to 12:00pm

12:00pm to 1:00pm- Scavenger Hunt!  All participants will receive BUBBLES! (Bubblefest immediately after Hunt) (Free)

1:00pm - 2:00pm - Dolphin Playshop by Cyndie Lepori on the beach.  (Donations)

12:00pm-2:00pm -  Spirit Carving By Marcus: -Have a personal spirit shape carved and blessed for you in stone, wood or shell while you wait (If you have a twig, shell or rock that talks to you, bring it along and we will see if it wants to be shaped!). $1.00 per minutes of carving (Trust me, I am FAST!).

2:00pm - 2:30pm Children's Nature Walk- Led by Lori (to find nature spirits!!  Bring your digital cameras if you like!) Free.

2:30pm - 4:00pm - Psychic Readings or Tarot Readings by Lori  $1.00 a minute.

 3:00pm - 4:00pm - Chakra Clearing and Balancing By Jul's $10.00

3:00pm - 4:00pm - Dolphin Energy Sessions by Cyndie Lepori. $1.00 a minute.

4:00pm - 5:00pm - Drumming circle (Bring your drums, rattles, or flutes!) Free

Dinner: 5:00pm to 6:00pm.

The First Annual Essence Of Nature Retreat

was held May 1, 2 and 3, 2009 at

Falling Waters State Park, Chipley, Florida

We left our stress and worries at home and retreated back to nature. Nature is meant to nuture your soul!  This is a truly magical, mystical and spiritual place. I would highly suggest a visit to sooth your soul and awaken your senses.

We camped out and had a wonderful time.   I really got in touch with nature, it is true, nature is a great healer.

We had the following:

Nature Walks- (We brought walking sticks and good shoes!)

Nightime Meditation by the falls, this was wonderful! Meditations under the stars, so peaceful.

Walking Meditations

Energy Healing,  Reiki, Galactic Healing, we  also had a cot with a crystal grid under it, Awesome!

Drumming Circle
